Butterfly come out of your cage!
As we were preparing to release our butterfly
necklace, the Holy spirit reminded me of the
process of a butterfly, the process is very intense, it is a
deep transition, a deep metamorphis and it is
unrecognisable when the caterpillar becomes a
butterfly, you wouldn’t know it was a caterpillar in the
first place!
God gave me a vision a few weeks ago of a antique
round bird like cage and in the cage were many
butterflies, they were flying up and down, round and
round trying to escape, and their wings had become
tattered and the colours in their wings started to
become dull, but the strangest part was that as the
door of the cage opened, the butterflies wouldn’t fly
out, they didn’t know how to escape.
This is when I heard the Lord say “Butterfly come out
of your cage” many have become stuck in the
transition, many have become caged in the
transformation process, as I have been strengthening
your wings to fly, as I have been moulding and shaping
you, the enemy has come to trap you in your
metamorphis, to trap you in old mindsets, your
strengthening is done by MY HAND, it is not in your
own strength!
I was taken to the wings of the butterfly, parts of the
wings had become tattered, I felt this was a
representation of where the enemy was trying to cage
people in their past, to cage people in false words that
have been spoken.
Our old self is fading behind us, our wings are being
strengthened, but we must leave behind the things of
the past otherwise it will affect our transition and the
new beginnings that God wants to bring into our life. I
really feel the fathers heart for those who have been
through RAPID change, it is something I have been
walking out personally after my dad passed away a few
years ago its been a time of immense pain, grief and
heartache, but it FORCED me to deal with some
struggles, it FORCED me to remove myself from some
very unhealthy environments and relationships. Quite
often before God speaks to me about something, I
actually walk it out first, so that it will bless others.
There is no need to fear change, here you are moving
bravely ahead, despite the hardships despite the
setbacks, don’t cage yourself anymore, you can bravely
step out knowing that God is stepping with you,
sometimes it takes a painful situation to initiate
change, but its time to let go of what was and have
faith in what could be and what is to come. Just as a
butterfly constantly returns to the same flower and the
same tree over and over, may we know the Father and
constantly return to him for the nourishment we need
in order that our wings will develop fully into who we
are, its not for us its for our families and for those who
will walk after us, for those who will fly behind us and
continue the generational metamorphis.
