Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or store credit will be processed.

Exchanges:
If you prefer to exchange your piece for another piece or item, please visit our contact us page, and we will do our best to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Sale Items:
Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Elegant Grace cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
On the rare occasion your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right!
